What happens after the 15-day trial?

You choose: continue on the monthly workspace plan (€150 per month) or pause. We will walk you through options by email so there is no surprise cut-off.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings includes a data backup download (ZIP with CSV exports of bikes, rentals, repairs, expenses, and more). You can also export rental lists from the app where CSV is available.

Is pricing per bike or per shop?

Per workspace (your shop), not per bike. Your team shares one subscription; invited users sign in to the same isolated workspace.

How is my data kept safe?

Each shop has its own workspace with role-based access and secure sign-in. Traffic uses modern HTTPS; data is separated between tenants. For GDPR and DPA questions, contact us and we will share the details you need for your records.
